Job description

Role Overview
Sodexo is seeking a Field Marketing Specialist at Alfred University in Alfred, NY. This role will support all Marketing and Sodexo brand management needs. The dining program consists of resident dining, retail operations, and catering. You will help enhance the student experience, promote wellness, and build a strong sense of community through engaging campaigns and events.
What You'll Do
  • Support the execution of marketing strategies and promotions across dining halls, retail locations, catering, and meal plans.
  • Manage day-to-day marketing activities, including social media, website updates, digital signage, advertising, and student surveys.
  • Partner with the client and Sodexo leadership to drive customer engagement, retention, and sales growth.
  • Lead and mentor a small team of marketing interns, ensuring initiatives are creative, timely, and effective.
  • Execute Sodexo national campus dining initiatives each semester, while tailoring campaigns to meet RPI's unique campus culture.
  • Support growth initiatives across meal plans, retail, catering, and special events.
  • Build customer insight through surveys, focus groups, and engagement events.
  • Promote Sodexo's brand through strong on-site presence and innovative communication campaigns.
