Job OverviewThe Digital Asset Specialist plays a key role in supporting the company's digital asset strategies by providing subject matter expertise in stocks, cryptocurrency, blockchain technology, and digital wallets. This position involves monitoring market trends, executing stock and crypto transactions, ensuring compliance with applicable regulations, and helping the organization integrate stock and crypto solutions where appropriate.Job Structure Details

Responsibilities & Duties
  • Monitor cryptocurrency markets and trends to provide timely insights and recommendations.

  • Manage and track digital asset holdings, wallets, and exchange accounts.

  • Assist with the execution of stock and crypto transactions including transfers, trades, and staking.

  • Ensure compliance with applicable local, state, and federal regulations related to digital assets and blockchain.

  • Conduct due diligence on new cryptocurrencies, tokens, protocols, and exchanges.

  • Maintain documentation and reporting of all stock and crypto activities for audit and tax purposes.

  • Stay up to date on the evolving regulatory landscape and assess the risk and impact on company operations.

  • Work closely with internal teams to implement and maintain best practice for security, asset custody, and crypto-related projects, including integrations, audits, and security.

  • Other tasks as assigned by management.

Qualifications & Requirements
  • Bachelorโ€™s degree in business, finance, accounting, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).

  • Strong knowledge of blockchain technology and cryptocurrencies.

  • Experience using cryptocurrency exchanges and wallets.

  • Commitment to delivering exceptional customer service.

  • Previous experience with financial software, databases, and Microsoft Office Suite products.

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

  • Strong attention to detail and analytical skills.

  • Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively.
