Job Summary:
The Quality Assurance Engineer is responsible for leading and providing quality engineering, third-level technical support, and technology integration services for moderately complex systems. Leads team initiatives and participates simultaneously in multiple IT project implementations. Has a working knowledge of advanced QA concepts, practices, and procedures. Deep knowledge of Dynamics 365 Sales, Customer Service, and Customer Insights, as well as Power Platform tools.
Primary Job Responsibilities
  • Design and implement enterprise-class test plans for Dynamics 365 platform.
  • Ensure the reliability, performance, and availability of critical systems through advanced testing techniques.
  • Participate in strategic planning for the Dynamics 365 platform including capacity planning and technology roadmaps.
  • Lead team initiatives and provide guidance to junior QA engineers. Act as a mentor to less experienced team members, providing technical guidance and support.
  • Provide third-level technical support for complex issues.
  • Develop and maintain comprehensive testing documentation. Ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices.
  • Writes QA automation scripts (or use tools such as MABL) to improve the quality and efficiency of our releases.
  • Participates in projects to establish and evolve DevOps practices, tools, and processes.
  • Provide on-call support as required to ensure timely resolution of critical after-hours issues.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Required Skills
  • Extensive knowledge of Dynamics 365 Sales, Customer Service and Customer Insights (Journeys and Data).

Required Licensing, Registration and/or Certifications
  • Dynamics 365 certifications preferred.
