About the Danvers Treatment Center 

The Danvers Treatment Center is a medically monitored addiction program offering 24/7 nursing care for people undergoing withdrawal from alcohol or other substances. You’ll work in a collaborative, multidisciplinary team that values communication, learning, and compassionate care. Our care model includes: 

  • Evidence‑based medical treatment 

  • Emotional support during withdrawal 

  • Personalized case management 

  • Therapeutic group interventions 

  • Coordination for seamless transition to the next level of care 

Your Role: Addiction Medicine Registered Nurse 

As an Addiction Medicine Nurse, your presence helps patients feel safe, supported, and hopeful during a vulnerable time. You will: 

  • Monitor and document patient symptoms, progress, and overall care 

  • Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team on individualized treatment plans 

  • Promote a therapeutic environment that supports patients’ physical and emotional well‑being 

  • Administer and monitor medications according to established protocols 

What We’re Looking For 

  • Valid Massachusetts Registered Nurse license 

  • Current CPR certification 

  • Background in addiction medicine, medical‑surgical nursing, or mental health nursing (preferred) 

  • Commitment to evidence‑based practice 

  • Ability to provide culturally competent, equitable care to diverse and underserved populations 

Pay Range:

$38.76 - $52.17

The pay range listed for this position is the base hourly wage range the organization reasonably and in good faith expects to pay for this position at this time. Actual compensation is determined based on several factors, that may include seniority, education, training, relevant experience, relevant certifications, geography of work location, job responsibilities, or other applicable factors permissible by law.  Compensation may exceed the base hourly rate depending on shift differentials, call pay, premium pay, overtime pay, and other additional pay practices, as applicable to the position and in accordance with the law.
