Job description

ASAR Digital is looking for a hands-on Demand Generation Manager to own and execute outbound lead generation for our SAP consulting and managed services. This is a solo-producer role—you’ll craft the strategy, write the scripts, pick up the phone, and drive qualified opportunities from the ground up. If you’ve generated demand for SAP or enterprise software and thrive in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment where your work directly impacts revenue, this is your chance to build something scalable and own your success.

Why ASAR Digital?

• Direct Impact: Your outreach fuels our pipeline—every conversation counts.

• Entrepreneurial Culture: No red tape. Test, iterate, and execute with speed.

• Growth Opportunity: Build a repeatable process that scales with the company.

• Leadership Access: Weekly strategy sessions with the CEO—your voice matters.

• SAP Expertise: Work alongside industry leaders in a specialized, high-demand space.

You’ll:

• Own end-to-end outbound strategy: targeting, messaging, and multi-channel execution (cold calls, emails, LinkedIn).

• Personally prospect enterprise decision-makers and generate qualified SAP services opportunities.

• Direct a research resource to build high-value account lists.

• Refine campaigns based on real performance data and market feedback.

• Track everything in CRM and report weekly on pipeline growth and conversion metrics.

You Have:

• Experience at an SAP Partner or SAP consulting firm generating B2B demand.

• Proven success in outbound lead gen—strategy and execution.

• A track record of cold calling and engaging enterprise buyers.

• CRM proficiency (HubSpot, Salesforce, etc.) and comfort working solo while directing support.

• Hunger to build, test, and scale in a high-ownership role.

Nice to Have:

• SAP S/4HANA, BTP, CX, or Business AI knowledge.

• Professional services or implementation sales background.

• Experience with LinkedIn Sales Navigator, ZoomInfo, Apollo, Outreach
