Job Title: Deburring / Finisher (Entry-Level)
Location: Santa Clara, CA
Pay: $21–$24/hour
Job Type: Full-time
Shift: Tuesday – Saturday, 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM

About the Role:
We are hiring a Deburring / Finisher to join our Manufacturing team. In this role, you will be responsible for deburring, sanding, and polishing parts during the production process while ensuring high-quality standards. This is a great opportunity for someone looking to start or grow a career in manufacturing.


Responsibilities:

  • Use small hand tools to remove cosmetic imperfections from parts
  • Perform deburring, sanding, and polishing tasks
  • Read and follow job travelers, work instructions, and blueprints
  • Inspect parts for defects or damage during production
  • Use basic precision measuring tools
  • Track job times and notify supervisor of any delays
  • Follow all safety procedures and standardized work instructions
  • Perform other duties as assigned


Requirements:

  • High school diploma or GED required
  • 0–1 year of related experience preferred (manufacturing or similar environment)
  • Basic math skills
  • Ability to read and interpret blueprints and instructions
  • Strong attention to detail and manual dexterity
  • Comfortable using a microscope for extended periods (up to 8 hours)
  • Ability to sit for long periods and work in a fast-paced environment
  • Basic English communication skills (written and verbal)
