Job Summary
York is seeking a Entry Level Data Analyst to provide comprehensive support to the payroll and benefits team. This role will be responsible for maintaining accurate payroll and benefits data. Assisting in general payroll preparation. Be responsible for handling confidential information with discretion and delivering reliable administrative support. The ideal candidate is organized, detail-oriented, capable of prioritizing multiple tasks with flexibility and reliability. This role has the potential to grow into more responsibilities and duties.
Key Responsibilities
  • Support routine reporting, data integrity checks, and audits.
  • Manage sensitive employee information and documentation with strict confidentiality.
  • Reconcile invoices.
  • Support the onboarding process which may include reviewing new hire information entered in the system, assigning entitlements, preparing new hire sway and updating material.
  • Maintain and update the Benefits Hub.
  • Supplemental support in administering FAMLI, which may include reconciling invoices and submitting payments.
  • Tracking PTO approvals prior to payroll and interacting with managers to ensure all PTO is accurate.
  • Contribute to improvements and projects that enhance efficiency in the payroll and benefits process.
  • Maintain an on-site presence Monday-Friday (8AM-5PM) to ensure consistent team and client support.

Qualifications
  • 2+ years of administrative experience in a professional environment.
  • 2+ years of payroll/HRIS systems.
  • High School diploma or GED
  • Proven ability to manage confidential information with discretion.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and high degree of accuracy.
  • Strong organizational, prioritized, and multitasking skills.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office/365 with an emphasis on Excel and SharePoint along with an aptitude for learning new systems quickly.
  • Willingness to work onsite Monday - Friday at our Greenwood Village, CO locations.
  • US Citizenship
