Responsibilities:

  • Enter invoices, vehicle deals, repair orders, and other financial data into the dealership’s system accurately and efficiently.
  • Review documents for completeness and accuracy before entering data.
  • Scan, upload, and file accounting documents digitally to ensure organized recordkeeping.
  • Assist with reconciling simple discrepancies and report issues to senior accounting staff.
  • Maintain daily logs of data entry activity and completed tasks.
  • Communicate with departments such as sales, service, body shop, and parts to follow up on missing or incomplete paperwork.
  • Help prepare and organize documents for audits or monthly reporting.
