Job description

INFINITI Fleet Safety Training is looking for a detail-oriented, curious, and dependable Research Assistant to join our team at our Texarkana headquarters.

This is an entry-level position that combines online research, data entry, and database maintenance. You'll help ensure our sales and marketing teams have accurate, useful information about the companies and contacts we want to reach.

You don't need years of experience or a background in databases. We're looking for someone who is comfortable using a computer, enjoys finding information, pays attention to details, and takes pride in getting things right.

What You'll Do

You'll work closely with our Database Administrator and alongside our Cold Calling team to research companies and contacts and keep our database accurate and up to date.

Responsibilities include:

  • Research companies and business contacts using internet searches, LinkedIn, SAFER Web, ZoomInfo, company websites, and other available resources.
  • Enter, update, and maintain company and contact information in our database.
  • Verify existing records and correct inaccurate, outdated, incomplete, or duplicate information.
  • Identify missing information and research reliable sources to complete records.
  • Research company characteristics and contact information needed by our Sales and Marketing teams.
  • Follow established standards for data entry, formatting, and documentation.
  • Work through assigned research lists and database projects accurately and efficiently.
  • Communicate questions, conflicting information, or unusual findings to the Database Administrator.
  • Support ongoing efforts to improve the overall accuracy and usefulness of our database.
Where You'll Work

This position is onsite at our Texarkana headquarters. You'll report to the Database Administrator within Marketing while working alongside our Cold Calling team, giving you direct exposure to how the information you research is used to identify and reach prospective customers.
