Security License Bonus! We are offering a $150 security license bonus for those who already possess a valid WI security license. (Payable after 90 days of employment)

What matters most in a role like this is your ability to read the environment, anticipate risk, and act accordingly. Tell us about how your keen sense of observation is one of your greatest strengths.

As a Security Officer - Tactical, physical ability is essential as you will be moving around your entire shift, patrolling environments such as retail stores, airports, detention centers, etc.

  • Site Location: Appleton, WI 54913
  • Full-time, Saturday through Monday, Thursday and Friday, 2nd shift 2 p.m. to 10 p.m.
  • Full-time, Sunday through Thursday, 2nd shift 2 p.m. to 10 p.m.
  • Full-time, Friday through Monday, 3rd shift 10 p.m. to 6 a.m.

Responsibilities of a Tactical Security Guard

  • Truck gate operations
  • Accurate data entry for truck drivers
  • Tech-savvy and comfortable using tablets
  • Mobile security patrols
  • Patrol sensitive areas to spot any suspicious activity
  • Verify identities and control access to secure areas
  • React quickly to threats or incidents
  • Check the proper functioning of alarms and cameras
  • Document incidents and actions taken
  • Respond to alarms and conduct on-site checks
  • Collaborate with law enforcement during serious incidents
  • Ensure the safety and protection of individuals and property

Qualifications of a Tactical Security Guard

  • Be authorized to work in the U.S.
  • Be able to provide documentation of a High School Diploma or GED
  • Be able to ace (and pass) an extensive screening process
  • First aid certification is an asset
  • Ability to stand and walk for the entire shift
  • Have advance written & communication skills
  • Must be 21 years of age
  • Have a valid driver's license and a clear MVR record
  • Must have 6 months of Security, Military, Law Enforcement experience - even better!
  • You have a state license if required
