Job Title: Data Entry Specialist
Job Description
This short-term, project-based role focuses on organizing, cleaning, and standardizing large data sets in Excel to support a broader system and software initiative. You will help ensure data is accurate, consistent, and easy to use, playing a key part in improving the quality and usability of critical business information. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys working with data, catching inconsistencies, and bringing structure and clarity to complex spreadsheets.
Responsibilities
  • Clean up, organize, and structure large volumes of data in Microsoft Excel to support a broader system and software initiative.
  • Review data for accuracy, identify and remove duplicates, and resolve inconsistencies across multiple data sets.
  • Reformat and standardize data to align with defined system and reporting requirements.
  • Assist with preparing and migrating data for use within a software platform or other business systems.
  • Use Excel functions such as VLOOKUP, XLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, and basic formulas to validate, transform, and analyze data.
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure data is usable, clearly structured, and easy to interpret for downstream users.
  • Maintain organized records and tracking of changes made during data cleanup and migration activities.
  • Work independently and stay focused while processing large amounts of data within project timelines.

Pay and Benefits
