Nisga'a CIOPS delivers cleared professionals to support civilian and DoD customers worldwide across intelligence support, cyber/defensive cyber operations, IT O&M, infrastructure modernization, training, and logistics.

Summary:

We are looking for a Mission Relevant Terrain - Cyber (MRT-C) Data Analyst in the Colorado Springs, CO area.

Responsibilities

Essential Job Functions:

  • Support the customer's cyber identification and security efforts by performing data normalization, cleaning, manipulation, transformation, and analysis of complex systems, assets, networks, and operational processes.
  • Manually enter cross-functional cyber security data into the customer's database and visualization tools such as Mission Assurance Decision Support System (MADSS) or Power BI.
  • Design, enhance, and optimize dashboards or visualization tools provided by the customer.
  • Upload the cyber security references and reports used for data input, visualization, or modeling to the customer's database.
  • Provide quality assurance review for all data to be input into MADSS or similar data repositories.
  • Deliver actionable recommendations to the Lead and/or stakeholders to enhance the program or leadership's decision-making.
  • Collaborate with Mission Analyst teammates on data initiatives, integrations, and other system-focused needs to enhance the customer's cyber security posture.
  • Submit updates for relevant technical documentation, standards, guides, and training.
Qualifications

Necessary Skills and Knowledge:

  • Able to understand and differentiate between critical and non-critical systems, assets, networks, and operational processes.
  • Stay updated on emerging data analysis technologies and trends that would affect the customer's cyber security initiatives or decision-making.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Excellent communication skills both verbal and written.
  • Good time management, prioritization, and multitasking abilities.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills to build strong relationships with colleagues.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • 2 or more years of experience in data analysis, cyber security, or relevant IT discipline.
  • Must have at least one of the following, equivalent, or higher certifications per DoD 8570/8140: Security+, CCNA Security, CySA+, GICSP, GSEC, SSCP(ISC2), CC (ISC2), ECSS
  • TS/SCI Required

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Cyber Security, Information Systems, Data Science, or similar.

The salary range for this position is $70,000 to $95,000 annually.
