Naztec International Group is seeking a proactive, customer-focused Customer Success Specialist to join our growing remote team. In this role, you will serve as a trusted partner to clients by ensuring they receive exceptional service, timely support, and a seamless experience throughout their engagement with our company.

As a Customer Success Specialist, you will build strong client relationships, coordinate with internal teams, resolve inquiries, monitor customer satisfaction, and help clients maximize the value of Naztec International Group\'s consulting and technology services. Your ability to communicate effectively, solve problems, and manage multiple priorities will directly contribute to long-term client success and business growth.

This position is ideal for someone who enjoys working with people, building lasting professional relationships, and delivering an outstanding customer experience in a collaborative remote environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients, ensuring a positive and professional customer experience.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships through proactive communication and regular follow-ups.
  • Guide new clients through the onboarding process, ensuring a smooth transition and successful implementation of services.
  • Respond promptly to client inquiries, questions, and service requests through email, phone, and virtual meetings.
  • Collaborate with internal departments, including Operations, Project Management, IT, and Recruiting, to coordinate client needs and resolve issues efficiently.
  • Monitor customer accounts, project milestones, and service deliverables to ensure expectations are met.
  • Identify potential challenges and proactively recommend solutions to improve customer satisfaction and retention.
  • Track customer interactions and maintain accurate records within the company\'s CRM and internal systems.
  • Prepare reports on customer engagement, service performance, and client feedback.
  • Assist with renewals, service expansions, and identifying opportunities to strengthen client partnerships.
  • Gather customer feedback and share insights to support continuous process improvements and service enhancements.
  • Maintain a thorough understanding of Naztec International Group\'s services, solutions, and business operations.
  • Support multiple client accounts while maintaining exceptional attention to detail and responsiveness.
  • Perform additional customer success and administrative responsibilities as assigned.
  • Bachelor\'s degree in Business, Communications, Marketing, Management, or a related field (or equivalent professional experience).
  • 2+ years of experience in Customer Success, Account Management, Customer Support, Client Services, Business Operations, or a related role.
  • Experience supporting business clients in consulting, technology, staffing, engineering, or professional services environments is preferred.
  • Experience using CRM platforms and customer success tools.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Google Workspace.
  • Experience using collaboration and project management platforms such as Salesforce, HubSpot, Asana, Monday.com, Jira, ClickUp, Slack, or Microsoft Teams is a plus.
