About the Role
At 1stMILE, Customer Success Specialists are at the heart of our business. In this role you'll build strong relationships with clients, deliver training and onboarding support. As a Customer Success Specialist, you will spend your day talking to 1stMILE customers on the phone, reviewing their accounts, answering questions and helping them get the most out of our service. Your efforts will directly contribute to customer satisfaction, retention, and long-term success.
Key Responsibilities
• Build and maintain strong relationships with assigned customers.
• Deliver training and education to help customers maximize the value of our products and services.
• Conduct regular account reviews and identify opportunities to improve customer engagement and success.
• Collaborate with Sales, Technical Support, and other internal teams to deliver exceptional customer experience.
• Accurately document customer interactions, activities, and opportunities within the CRM system.
• Gather customer feedback and advocate for customer needs internally.
• Support customer renewal, retention, and growth initiatives.
Qualifications
• 1-2 years of experience in customer service, account management, customer success, sales, or other customer-facing roles.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
• Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities.
• Ability to actively listen, ask thoughtful questions, and identify customer needs.
• Exceptional organizational and time-management skills.
• Experience working with CRM or ticketing systems.
• Undergraduate College Degree preferred, High school diploma or its equivalent is required.
