Customer Success Specialist – Roselle, IL
Pay: $52,000- $60,000

Join a growing manufacturer and distributor of premium audio products that has been delivering innovative headphone solutions to customers for over 15 years. Known for combining quality craftsmanship with cutting-edge technology, our products are trusted by retailers, businesses, and consumers alike.
You will play a key role in ensuring customers receive excellent service and support throughout the order and account management process, working closely with internal production, warehouse, and shipping teams to ensure smooth and timely fulfillment.
This position offers strong long-term growth potential within customer support and operations.
What You’ll Do 

  • Respond to customer inquiries across multiple channels regarding accounts, products, orders, and general service needs 
  • Build and maintain strong customer relationships by providing timely, professional, and solution-focused support 
  • Partner with internal teams (production, logistics, warehouse, and sales) to ensure customer needs are met efficiently 
  • Schedule product shipments in alignment with production batch releases and manage adjustments based on shipment timing changes or customer-requested modifications 
  • Monitor account activity and proactively identify potential issues, trends, or service gaps 
  • Support onboarding of new customers, ensuring accurate setup of account information and expectations 
  • Maintain and update customer records, communication history, and account notes within internal systems 
  • Assist with reporting, customer insights, and tracking key account metrics as needed 
     

What We’re Looking For 

  • Bachelor's degree is strongly preferred.  
  • 1+ years of experience in a manufacturing and distribution environment  
  • Strong attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
