Customer Success Manager

Reports To: Director of Customer Success
Location: Remote
Position Type: Full-Time

Position Summary

As a Customer Success Manager, you will nurture and grow relationships with highโ€‘value clients. Your primary objective is to ensure longโ€‘term customer success, driving adoption, retention and expansion. Leveraging your interpersonal skills and deep understanding of our SaaS product, you will act as a strategic advisor, fostering strong partnerships and maximizing client value.

Key Responsibilities
  • Build and maintain relationships with highโ€‘value clients, serving as their primary point of contact.
  • Create and implement a comprehensive customer success strategy aligned with client goals and company objectives.
  • Facilitate successful onboarding of new clients, guiding them through implementation, training, and support.
  • Identify opportunities for account expansion and revenue growth, collaborating with inside sales and business development.
  • Proactively monitor customer health, addressing risks or issues to maintain satisfaction and retention.
  • Act as the voice of the customer, providing insights and recommendations to drive product enhancements.
  • Collaborate on contract management to mitigate churn risks for highโ€‘value clients.
Minimum Qualifications
  • Experience supporting customers in the home care or healthcare SaaS space.
  • Proven experience as a Customer Success Manager or similar role with highโ€‘value clients.
  • Deep understanding of SaaS products and ability to communicate technical concepts to nonโ€‘technical stakeholders.
  • Excellent relationshipโ€‘building and interpersonal skills, engaging and influencing at all organizational levels.
  • Strong project management and organizational skills, capable of prioritizing multiple tasks.
  • Analytical mindset, able to analyze data, identify trends and derive actionable insights.
  • Proactive, customerโ€‘focused mindset with passion for delivering exceptional experiences.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Preferred experience with CRM software and customer success platforms.
