Supplier Enablement Process Analyst

Maplewood, MN 55144

Duration: 12+ Months

Pay rate: $22-25/Hr.



Position Summary

The Supplier Enablement Process Analyst supports supplier onboarding and supplier data work for company's GEP procurement implementation. This role will help the process lead with day-to-day coordination, issue tracking, documentation, reporting support, and data analysis and cleansing. This role supports a key part of company's broader procurement transformation by helping enable a more consistent, transparent, and scalable supplier management process.


Primary Responsibilities

  • Create and update process documentation.
  • Reporting support.
  • Data cleansing and data analysis.
  • Use Excel and AI tools to manipulate and analyze data.


Required Skill Set

  • Strong Excel and Microsoft Office skills.
  • Organized with excellent attention to detail.
  • Analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Process documentation and process mapping.
  • Strong communication skills.


Preferred Background

  • Entry-level candidates are welcome.
  • New college graduates are encouraged to apply (lower bill rate preferred).
  • Some hands-on experience with Excel and Microsoft tools is preferred.
  • College degree is preferred but not required; equivalent experience is acceptable.
