Job Summary:

The Enterprise Individual Mastering Platform (MDM) capability is focused on creating an enterprise Person ID across healthcare and commercial constituents.This position provides remediation of member identity and eligibility matching data and is responsible for providing process and operational support to the functions within the EIMP Operations Support team. This position may also be responsible for quality reporting, analysis and audits, and for developing plans and programs to support continuous quality improvement using applicable tools.

Ideal Candidates:

  • Thrives under pressure, demonstrates exceptional organizational skills, and can effectively prioritize competing demands while maintaining a high level of accuracy in a deadline-driven setting.

Responsibilities for the Business Data Analyst includes but not limited to:

  • Review close matches in iMDM Inspector work queue, resolve as necessary.

  • Data analysis.

  • Member record reconciliation.

  • Process and Operational support.

  • Identify trends to suggest algorithmic tuning to further reduce task volume.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred or High School diploma or equivalent with one year related experience reviewing and analyzing data.

  • Proficient in MS Office Suite / Advanced Excel abilities required.

  • Exceptional organizational skills and a proven ability to independently.

  • Strong attention to detail.

  • Strong time-management skills.

  • Ability to accurately follow instructions.

  • Ability to manage multiple administrative tasks simultaneously in a dynamic, deadline-driven environment.

  • MUST be located and local to Minneapolis/Eden Prairie offices.
