HWI is seeking a motivated, creative, and results-driven Marketing Specialist I to join our growing team. This is an entry-level professional marketing position designed for individuals who have developed foundational marketing skills through education, internships, apprenticeships, freelance work, entrepreneurial ventures, or personal business projects.

The ideal candidate is passionate about all aspects of marketing and eager to gain hands-on experience across multiple disciplines, including digital marketing, content creation, social media, branding, public relations, event marketing, lead generation, and sales support. This individual will work closely with leadership and sales teams to help increase brand awareness, generate qualified leads, and support business growth initiatives.

Because marketing and sales work together to drive company success, candidates must also possess a solid understanding of sales processes and customer engagement. Prior sales experience is strongly preferred to ensure marketing efforts align with business development goals.
