File Organization & Maintenance
Maintain organized design files, templates, and project assets within company systems to ensure efficiency and accessibility for the broader marketing team.

Qualifications

  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects, deadlines, and clients simultaneously while maintaining high levels of accuracy and efficiency.
  • Strong proficiency in Adobe InDesign is essential, with experience in Photoshop, Illustrator, and other Adobe Creative Suite applications.
  • Proven ability to deliver marketing materials with fast turnaround times (often within one business day).
  • Excellent organizational, communication, and collaboration skills.
  • Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Marketing or a related field preferred.
