The Project Manager of Creative Services is responsible for assisting with the day-to-day flow of creative deliverables and campaigns in and out of L3Harris’ enterprise-wide Creative Center of Excellence. In this role, the selected candidate will support the coordination and organization of the corporation’s video, photo and live broadcast events; graphics and multimedia; brand and executive support; ensuring creative deliverables and campaigns are provided on‑time, meet brand and quality standards and within budget. They will work with the Creative Services team and segment marketing and strategic communications teams on business priorities to ensure the Creative Services function deliver impactful results.

This role requires a basic understanding of visual design elements, including video, photography, graphics and multimedia. The role reports to the Lead Project Manager of Creative Services.

Duties
  • Assist in coordinating with segment marketing and strategic communications, programs, engineering and executive management
  • Support the management of enterprise-wide creative deliverables and campaigns from start to completion
  • Collaborate with enterprise-wide functional teams to develop and shape ideas into visual designs that promote L3Harris’ as a trusted partner in the Aerospace and Defense business
  • Assist in the development of enterprise-level advertising campaigns
  • Review all creative materials to ensure alignment with strategic partners and stakeholders
  • Perform benchmarking exercises; identify and test new trends and tactics
  • Ensure all creative projects adhere to enterprise-wide brand standards
  • Collect, analyze and report creative metrics through project management tools
  • Collaborate with cross‑functional communications partners to execute integrated campaigns
  • Carry out additional activities as assigned by management
Qualifications
  • To be eligible, applicants must be pursuing a Masters degree in Graphic Design, Marketing, Communications have completed their Bachelor’s degree within the last 12 months, regardless of age.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience with project management/marketing tools
  • Adobe creative suite (Graphics) – Digital Media
  • Familiarity with tech‑focused media publications
  • Experience in defense, space, aerospace or other high‑tech cultures
  • Highly organized with an ability to successfully plan, coordinate and track projects from start up to close out
  • Ability to develop cooperative relationships with all levels of management & staff
  • Strong written and verbal communications skills; ability to share vision, positioning and messaging information with various stakeholders
  • Ability to effectively prioritize and make good judgment decisions in a highly charged environment
  • An effective team member with a positive approach who can think outside the box and problem solve in real time

In compliance with pay transparency requirements, the salary range for this role in California, Massachusetts, New Jersey, Washington, and the Greater D.C. area, Denver, or NYC areas is [$63,000.00 MIN - $117,000.00 MAX]. The salary range for this role in Colorado state, Hawaii, Illinois, Maryland, Minnesota, New York state, Cleveland Ohio, Vermont and Virginia is [$55,000.00 MIN -$102,000.00 MAX]. This is not a guarantee of compensation or salary, as final offer amount may vary based on factors including but not limited to experience and geographic location.
