Morgan & Morgan - the nation's largest injury law firm, working for the people, not the powerful - is seeking a passionate and proactive Creative Project Manager to join our Creative Team in Brooklyn. Successful candidates for this position should have a strong attention to detail, an immense passion for organization, and a deep desire to learn and expand their knowledge base. This person should be comfortable wearing many hats, as the ideal candidate will have a number of revolving projects as well as daily responsibilities that include but are not limited to: working in collaboration with leadership across departments to execute marketing initiatives and drive toward our 2026 goals and beyond.
We expect this person to be an imaginative and decisive problem-solver, resilient in an environment of fast-paced change, and of course highly collaborative. This role will report to the Senior Director of Creative Content.
Duties
- Assist with meeting planning, note taking, and sending post-meeting follow-ups
- Lead key operating rhythms within the Creative Team and between partner teams; ensure that everyone is working together helping solving cross organizational issues and communication concerns
- Work with the design, video and social teams to ensure project timelines and milestones are being met from concept to go to market
- Work with the in-house legal team on ethics and compliance matters
- Build, document, and improve processes
- Perform outreach to assist with outside vendors and client projects
- Act as support with online marketing projects, campaign design, execution, measurement, and reporting
Requirements
- 3+ years of working experience, preferably a mix of internships, in-house, or in-agency
- Bachelor's degree in the preferred fields of marketing, project management, or a related field
- Advanced skills with Microsoft Office Suite, GSuite, collaboration tools and workflow management tools
- Noteworthy problem-solving skills
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Ability to take initiative even under unfamiliar or ambiguous circumstances and act independently
Compensation: $75,000 + Benefits, DOE
