Creative Project Manager
Miami, FL 33027 | On-Site | Contract
ARC Group is partnering with a Fortune 500 hospitality leader to find a Creative Project Manager to drive the execution of high-profile, global brand launches. This role sits at the center of creative production for major moments including new ship debuts, inaugural sailings, destination launches, and integrated marketing campaigns-owning the workflows, timelines, and cross-functional coordination that bring world-class creative to life on schedule and at scale.
You'll partner closely with Brand, Marketing, Product, and Channel teams to translate launch strategies into actionable creative plans, ensuring all deliverables move smoothly from concept through production, approval, and final deployment across multiple channels.
Key Responsibilities
  • Support the coordination of logistics, workflows, and deliverables for the creative teams behind major Royal Caribbean launches, including new ship debuts, inaugural sailings, destination launches, onboard product rollouts, and integrated brand campaigns. Serve as a central coordination point across stakeholders and creative teams.
  • Build and maintain strong cross-functional relationships with Brand, Marketing, Product, and Channel partners, ensuring clear, consistent communication across the full launch lifecycle-from early concepting and roadmap development through execution and post-launch optimization.
  • Partner with Marketing and Channel leads during launch planning to translate business objectives, launch strategies, and timelines into actionable creative roadmaps that support complex, multi-phase go-to-market initiatives.
  • Own the creative intake process for launch initiatives by managing briefs end-to-end, ensuring requirements, technical specifications, brand standards, and governance processes are clearly defined, documented, and adhered to across all deliverables.
  • Convert approved creative briefs into structured projects within Wrike, including resource allocation, timeline development, and workback schedules aligned to critical milestones, approvals, and fixed sail dates.
  • Collaborate closely with Creative Operations, Creative Directors, Creative Managers, Designers, Copywriters, and Editors to guide work from concept through execution-balancing creative excellence with business priorities, guest experience, and launch constraints.
  • Proactively manage priorities, dependencies, and risks across multiple concurrent launch workstreams, ensuring alignment on deadlines, approvals, and handoffs in a fast-paced, high-visibility environment.
  • Gather, synthesize, and communicate feedback clearly and efficiently, ensuring creative teams receive actionable direction while maintaining brand integrity and momentum toward launch deadlines.
  • Facilitate internal and external status meetings, track project health, and communicate progress, risks, and tradeoffs to support informed decision-making and on-time delivery.
  • Oversee trafficking of creative assets from production and QA through final delivery to channel teams, ensuring all assets meet technical requirements, brand standards, and global deployment specifications across digital, paid media, email, social, web, direct mail, mobile/SMS, and onboard channels.
  • Serve as an ambassador for Creative Services during launch planning and presentations, fostering collaboration, accountability, and a strong sense of ownership in delivering world-class brand experiences.
Qualifications
  • 5+ years of experience in an agency or in-house marketing environment managing creative workflows for large-scale campaigns, product launches, or go-to-market initiatives.
  • Proven experience managing high-volume, deadline-driven work with fixed launch dates; experience in eCommerce, retail, or global marketing environments strongly preferred.
  • Strong understanding of multi-channel marketing, with emphasis on digital platforms including web, email, social, paid media, direct mail, and mobile/SMS.
  • Proficiency with enterprise project management tools and strong focus on operational excellence, process improvement, and documentation. Experience with Wrike, Smartsheet, or similar tools strongly preferred.
  • Ability to thrive in high-pressure environments, manage competing priorities, and proactively identify risks while staying organized, resourceful, and solution-oriented.
  • Experience managing creative assets within shared drives or enterprise-level digital asset management (DAM) systems.
