We are currently seeking an entry level Maintenance Technician who is passionate about creating lasting vacation memories for our owners and guests at The Fountains Resort, located in Panama City Beach, FL. What will you be doing?

As a Maintenance Technician, you will play a key role in creating memorable experiences for our guests. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Perform basic drywall, painting/staining, wall vinyl repairs, and plumbing tasks like drain cleaning.
  • Maintain guestroom and public space equipment, change filters, replace caulk, tile/grout, and repair doors, including locks and hinges.
  • Inspect rooms for pests, replace cosmetic appliance components, light bulbs, and ballasts, and repair closet/drapery tracks and furniture.
  • Complete scheduled maintenance, replace faulty plumbing components, and ensure all equipment and tools function accurately.
  • Maintain clear communication with engineering leadership, keep detailed records in English, and assist other maintenance staff on special projects.

What are we looking for?

  • 0-6 months of previous experience.
  • Ability to stand, sit, crouch, bend, stoop, reach, grasp, push/pull, and lift/carry items frequently throughout the workday.
  • High school diploma or equivalent experience.
