Job description

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized individual to join our team in a combined human resources and payroll support role. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys working with people, handling confidential information with care, and supporting essential daily operations in a professional environment. The successful candidate will help ensure employee records, payroll processes, and administrative tasks are completed accurately and on time.
IN BATON ROUGE OFFICE
Responsibilities
  • Assist with processing payroll data, timekeeping records, and employee updates
  • Maintain accurate and confidential personnel files and HR documentation
  • Support onboarding activities, including new hire paperwork and system setup
  • Respond to routine employee questions regarding payroll, benefits, and company policies
  • Help prepare reports, spreadsheets, and other administrative documents
  • Review records for accuracy and follow up on missing or incomplete information
  • Coordinate with internal departments to support HR and payroll workflows
  • Provide general administrative support to the HR team as needed

Qualifications
  • High school diploma is required; additional education in HR, Payroll, business, accounting, or a related field is preferred
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy
