Job Description
We are seeking a motivated and dependable Entry-Level Welding Operator to join our production team. This role is responsible for operating welding equipment, assembling metal components, and supporting manufacturing operations while maintaining safety and quality standards. Candidates must have prior welding experience and a willingness to continue developing their skills through company-provided training and certification programs after hire.
Key Responsibilities
  • Operate welding machines and related equipment safely and efficiently
  • Perform MIG, TIG, spot welding, or other assigned welding processes
  • Read and follow work instructions, blueprints, and production schedules
  • Inspect welded parts for quality, accuracy, and conformance to specifications
  • Load and unload materials and finished products
  • Maintain a clean and organized work area
  • Follow all company safety policies and procedures
  • Report equipment issues or production concerns to supervisors
  • Participate in required internal training and certification programs
  • Assist team members and support continuous improvement efforts

Desired Experience
  • Ability to lead by example, coach and train
