In this role, you'll handle residential real estate closings, representing both purchasers and sellers throughout the entire process and attending closings.

Practice Area: Real Estate

Qualifications:

  • Admitted to practice law in Illinois
  • Background with coursework relevant to real estate law and transactions
  • Knowledge of loan processes, escrow and real estate documentation (not required but welcomed)

Responsibilities:

  • Client Consultation: Provide comprehensive legal advice and guidance to clients regarding their real estate needs
  • Negotiation: Advocate for clients by skillfully negotiating terms and conditions of real estate contracts.
