Job Title: Panel Builder

Shift: 1st shift

Pay: Up to $22/hr.

Location: Rockford, MI



Job Overview:

We are seeking a hands-on Electrical Panel Builder to join our team in Rockford, MI. This role is responsible for assembling, wiring, and testing electrical control panels and related components used in industrial automation systems.



Responsibilities:

  • Wire and assemble industrial electrical control panels and enclosures according to electrical schematics and wiring diagrams.
  • Complete wiring of machines to finished control panels and perform on-site wiring and troubleshooting as needed.
  • Read and interpret electrical schematics, blueprints, and technical prints.
  • Use hand and power tools safely and proficiently, including soldering, knockout punches, and jigsaws.
  • Understand basic AC/DC circuitry and work with 480-volt 3-phase circuits, servo motors, and controls.
  • Perform quality checks and ensure panels meet company and industry standards.


Qualifications:

  • Recent experience as an electrical panel builder or in panel assembly preferred.
  • Ability to read and interpret electrical schematics and wiring diagrams.
  • Familiarity with industrial control circuitry and automation components (relays, contactors, PLCs, etc.) a plus.
  • Proficiency with electrical tools and basic test equipment.
  • Comfortable working in a manufacturing and automation environment.
