What You’ll Do


Assemble and wire electrical control panels and related electrical assemblies

Route, label, terminate, and secure wiring inside panels

Read and follow schematics, wiring diagrams, blueprints, and work instructions

Use voltmeters, hand tools, and basic power tools during assembly and testing

Perform visual checks and basic functional testing

Inspect wiring, parts, connections, and finished assemblies for accuracy

Report missing parts, incorrect materials, defects, or assembly issues

Keep your tools and work area clean, organized, and safe

What We’re Looking For


Hands-on experience with electrical assembly, panel wiring, or control panel building

Ability to read electrical schematics, wiring diagrams, blueprints, or technical drawings

Working knowledge of AC/DC electrical systems

Experience using voltmeters, hand tools, and basic power tools

Ability to troubleshoot basic wiring or assembly issues

Strong attention to detail when wiring, labeling, inspecting, and testing

Able to stand and walk throughout an 8-hour shift

Able to bend, kneel, reach overhead, and work with small components

Able to lift up to 30 lbs and push/pull up to 50 lbs

Comfortable wearing required PPE, including safety glasses, hearing protection, and steel-toe footwear
