Schedule: Mostly Evening Shift, 2:30 PM – 11:00 PM; other shifts as needed; every other weekend
Guaranteed Hours: 32 hours per week
Experience: Entry-level accepted; LTC experience preferred

About the Role

We are seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse for a 6-week long-term care contract opportunity in Roseau, Minnesota. This role supports resident-centered care in an LTC setting and requires medication administration, resident observation, clinical documentation, teamwork, and communication with RNs, physicians, residents, and families.

Responsibilities

• Provide routine nursing care for long-term care residents
• Pass medications, observe resident conditions, and report changes to the RN or physician
• Support resident-centered care plans and promote resident safety, dignity, and well-being
• Maintain accurate documentation, charting, medication records, and care updates
• Collaborate with household staff, physicians, and the interdisciplinary care team to support quality outcomes

Requirements

• Active Minnesota LPN License Required
• Long-Term Care experience preferred
• Medication administration and resident care experience preferred
• Strong communication, documentation, teamwork, and resident advocacy skills required
• Must be available for mostly evening shifts, other shifts as needed, every other weekend, and holiday coverage
