D.R. Horton, Inc. is currently looking for a Contract Administrator for their Sales and Marketing Department. The right candidate will be responsible for directing activities concerned with contracts by performing the duties listed below.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
  • Upload, process and maintain all sales contracts
  • Coordinate closing schedule and distribute
  • Process and distribute all amendments
  • Upload and process terminations/cancellations
  • Print and maintain Houses-in-Progress report
  • Process all earnest money and option money
  • Negotiate contract terms
