???? Position Overview

We are seeking a hardworking and dependable General Laborer - Well Drilling to assist with water well drilling, excavation, and well installation projects throughout the Bend area. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys working outdoors, doesn't mind getting dirty, and is interested in learning a specialized trade.

No previous well drilling experience is required. Candidates with backgrounds in general labor, construction, excavation, landscaping, utility work, drilling, or other physically demanding industries are encouraged to apply.

???? Responsibilities

• Assist the supervisor with daily well drilling and excavation operations
• Support domestic water well installation and drilling projects
• Dig, shovel, and move materials as needed throughout the workday
• Use hand tools and basic construction equipment safely and effectively
• Perform physically demanding outdoor work in a variety of weather conditions
• Lift and carry materials weighing up to 50 pounds
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe job site
• Follow directions and work effectively as part of a team
• Support all aspects of the well installation and drilling process
• Adhere to company safety procedures and job site requirements
