Job description

Steadfast is seeking qualified amp; EXPERIENCED professionals to compliment a growing aquatic maintenance division. We service lakes, ponds, and conservation areas all over the greater Tampa Bay Area. Entry level aquatic technician positions available with fast-track opportunities to Account Management!
Individuals must have prior experience with the following:
Knowledge of herbicides / pesticides
Ability to operate ATV/UTV and small boats.
Proper identification of plant species both invasive and native
Mathematical skills to correctly make herbicide solutions
Mechanical inclination
Commercial Restricted Pesticide Applicators License is preferred but not necessary
Strong customer communication skills and literacy.
Applicants must also be willing to work in ALL types of weather conditions (Heat, Rain, Cold...etc) this is a primarily outdoor position that requires some physical labor.
CLEAN Florida Driver's License necessary, must have reliable transportation to and from work. Compensation to be congruent with level of experience.
