You are responsible for providing product and service information to customers/union workers as well as training your own team of representatives to becoming the top team in the state of New England.

We are seeking full time, hardworking, self-disciplined and positive attitude thinking talent to join our fast paced team. As an independent benefits specialist you will work with a dynamic team of sales agents that share your desire to win and serve others. We have been blessed to have doubled our sales since 2020, and we're growing faster than ever!

Entry level associate and fast-track management positions are our priority.

Promotions are 100% merit and performance based - you will have an opportunity to grow as fast as you want. Senior level and partner roles can be accomplished within 2-3 years, opportunity to own an agency is available to the top tier performers.

First year associates yearly earnings between 65K and 100k. We are training our leaders to earn six figures in their first 1-2 years in the business. Earnings are uncapped due to weekly bonuses, commission advances and recruiting bonuses and 100% are performance based in all levels of the career
