About the role: 


As a Sales Support Specialist I at Secure Data Technologies, you will have the opportunity to make an impact from day one, working with one of the regionโ€™s most innovative technology companies in an exponentially growing market.


The Sales Support Specialist I will be an energetic, self-starter with the desire to help grow our business. This individual will possess excellent organizational, computer and phone skills to assist our outside account management team meet sales goals and objectives, handle client issues to resolution, and build relationships with internal colleagues and external partners.


What youโ€™ll do:

  • Work with existing clients on license and support renewals to ensure they maintain the necessary coverage to support their business goals.
  • Manage client data within Salesforce.com CRM.
  • Create and update client facing quotes using Connectwise CPQ (formerly Quosal) automated quote & proposal software.
  • Work with Sales team to ensure opportunities take advantage of all manufacturer discount programs.
  • Build relationships with external manufacturer channel partners and Account Managers.

Requirements for this role:

  • 1+ year of B2B sales support experience.
  • 1+ year in a client service or hybrid CSAT/sales support role.
  • Be a self-starter with the ability to multi-task and manage time effectively.
  • Ability to work independently or as an active member of a team.
  • Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Excel).  CRM/Salesforce and Connectwise CPQ experience preferred.
  • Demonstrate outstanding communication and organizational skills.
  • Knowledge of the technology industry is preferred.
