We are seeking an Engineer I to join our team in Anderson, IN. Drive manufacturing excellence by partnering cross-functionally to optimize processes, manage product data and engineering changes and implement continuous improvement initiatives that enhance safety, quality, delivery and cost performance. Role Responsibilities
  • Lead migration of AutoCAD parts lists into ERP systems for Bill of Materials (BOM) and routing setup.

  • Collaborate with Purchasing to identify and qualify suppliers for new components.

  • Partner with Operations Planning to support accurate and timely work order execution.

  • Review and improve existing processes, BOMs, and routing documentation for accuracy and efficiency.

  • Process engineering change orders (ECOs) in accordance with established procedures.

  • Apply Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma methodologies to improve production, safety, quality, and cost.

  • Conduct analysis to identify opportunities for cost reduction and process optimization.

  • Support product and process changes in coordination with Corporate Design and Development teams.

  • Participate in cross-functional teams to support new product launches and equipment commissioning.

  • Provide technical training and troubleshooting support to production and maintenance teams.

Minimum Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Strong problem-solving skills and mechanical aptitude.

  • Ability to work cross-functionally and manage multiple priorities.

  • Familiarity with manufacturing processes and systems.

  • Commitment to safety, quality, and continuous improvement practices.

  • ERP or MRP system experience.
