This position will primarily operate in a remote setting, allowing for flexible scheduling while maintaining a strong support system through regular team meetings and consultations. • Conduct thorough client assessments using standardized tools and clinical interviews to understand individual needs and challenges, subsequently developing personalized treatment plans tailored to address mental health issues.
• Provide evidence-based therapy for individuals, couples, and families, utilizing therapeutic modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and Solution-Focused Brief Therapy (SFBT).
• Work in multidisciplinary teams alongside psychiatrists, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to deliver integrated care, ensuring comprehensive mental health support that addresses both physical and mental health concerns.
• Document case notes and client progress in accordance with best practices, maintaining confidentiality and compliance with HIPAA regulations.
• Engage in ongoing professional development through supervision meetings, workshops, and online training to stay up-to-date with current research and therapeutic interventions.
• Adhere to the ethical standards and legal requirements governing clinical social work practice, ensuring that all interventions are compassionate, respectful, and appropriate for the population served.

In this role, you will work with a diverse clientele, which includes children, adolescents, adults, and families facing various challenges, such as trauma, anxiety, depression, and relationship issues. Your interventions will play a crucial role in helping clients navigate their emotional difficulties, leading to improved mental health outcomes and increased overall quality of life.

• Must possess a Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.
• Current and active licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in the state of Georgia.
• At least three years of relevant experience in a mental health or outpatient setting.
• Demonstrated proficiency in a range of evidence-based therapeutic modalities and a solid understanding of treatment approaches tailored for diverse client demographics.
• Exceptional interpersonal, communication, and assessment skills, with the ability to build rapport quickly with clients.

• Experience working in a community health clinic or similar environment.
• Familiarity with electronic health record (EHR) systems to efficiently manage client documentation and care coordination.
• Experience designing and implementing group therapy sessions, educational workshops, or community outreach programs.
