Job description

Position Overview:
Are you a hobbyist mechanic, a recent trade school graduate, or someone with a relentless work ethic who wants to turn a passion for motorcycles into a lucrative career? This entry-level position is your foot in the door. You will work alongside our senior certified technicians, getting paid to learn the trade while handling daily shop support, new vehicle assembly, and basic maintenance.

What You Will Do (Key Responsibilities):
  • Routine Maintenance: Assist with multi-point inspections, oil changes, tire replacements, and fluid flushes under senior technician supervision.
  • Shop Support: Maintain cleanliness in the service bays, organize tools, and safely stage or move customer units around the facility.
  • Accessories Installation: Install basic bolt-on upgrades, luggage systems, and windshields.
  • Learn & Advance: Actively participate in paid manufacturer web-based training and hands-on mentorship to earn professional OEM credentials.

What We Are Looking For (Requirements):
  • License: Must have a valid driver’s license with a clean motorcycle (M) endorsement (or the ability to obtain one within 30 days).
  • Tools: Ownership of a basic starter hand toolset is preferred (socket set, wrenches, screwdrivers). A tool allowance/program can be discussed.
  • Background: High School Diploma or GED. Completion of a technical program (like MMI, UTI, or automotive trade school) is a major plus, but not required if you have strong mechanical aptitude.
  • Physical Stamina: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and safely balance heavy motorcycles.
  • Attitude: A positive, coachable attitude, punctuality, and a strong eye for detail.

What We Offer:
  • Clear, structured pathway to move from Apprentice to Line Technician with escalating pay.
  • Fully paid manufacturer certifications and factory training trips.
  • Generous employee discounts on parts, riding gear, and vehicles.
