Job description

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Commercial HVAC Service Technician to join our growing team in the Houston area. This position is responsible for diagnosing, maintaining, and repairing commercial HVAC equipment while providing exceptional customer service.

The ideal candidate has strong troubleshooting skills, a commitment to safety, and experience working with commercial HVAC systems.

Responsibilities
  • Perform preventative maintenance on commercial HVAC equipment
  • Diagnose and repair RTUs, split systems, heat pumps, and related equipment
  • Troubleshoot electrical, mechanical, and control system issues
  • Complete service reports and documentation accurately
  • Communicate findings and recommendations to customers and management
  • Maintain company vehicle, tools, and equipment
  • Follow all safety policies and procedures
Qualifications
  • 2+ years of commercial HVAC service experience preferred
  • EPA Certification required
  • Valid driver's license and acceptable driving record
  • Ability to read wiring diagrams and technical manuals
  • Experience troubleshooting HVAC electrical and mechanical systems
  • Strong customer service and communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
