Northwest Coffee at The Grand Cafe is looking for cooks! We are a locally owned and operated coffee shop in Surprise taking a ton of pride in what we do! We continue to create new and exciting items for our guests! Quality is of the highest priority for us as our passion for taking care of our guests runs deep!

Prepping & Cooking at Northwest Coffee:

  • Working in a relatively unsupervised manner, so must be able to follow and execute recipes according to the high quality and standards set in place.
  • Menu knowledge and product specifications
  • Operating a commercial oven while following recipes
  • Maintaining a clean and organized work station
  • A majority of the workload will be baking, portioning, or building our Bakery and Grab-N-Go items
  • Short order cooking
  • Safe food handling and food safety knowledge
  • Passion for delivering high-quality products to our guests
  • Strong Teamwork values
  • We're looking for someone to work Saturday & Sunday morning from 6:00A - 2:00P
