This job application applies to all of our locations within Bellevue and is meant for applicants who are serious about obtaining a position within management.

As a Barista on Track for Leadership at Woods Coffee, you’ll start in an entry-level Barista role and gain hands-on experience in all aspects of our store operations. This position is designed for individuals who are interested in a future in leadership, with the opportunity to apply for open management positions as they become available. You’ll develop the skills needed to grow within our team while creating an exceptional experience for every guest that walks through our doors.

Purpose Alignment: You exemplify Woods Coffee's mission by welcoming each guest with genuine care and respect. By providing excellent service, you ensure that every guest receives exactly what they ordered, with quality and consistency. You take pride in your work, staying attentive to details while always remembering to have fun.

Growth Path / Training:
  • Start as an entrylevel barista and train through all positions.
  • Gain experience in daily operations, team collaboration, and leadership responsibilities.
  • When Assistant Manager / Manager positions become available, qualified candidates from the leadership track will have the opportunity to apply.
  • Availability: This is a full time position with open availability to work a variety of shifts. Consistent availability on Saturdays and Sundays is required. Please note that we are not hiring for seasonal positions at this time.
