PDX Movers is looking for hard-working Movers and Crew Leaders to join our team. Whether you are brand new to the moving industry or an experienced Lead looking for a better crew, we have a spot for you-no driving required.
  • Clear Starting Pay Tiers:
    • Entry-Level Mover: Starts at $17.00/hr base pay.
    • Lead 1 - Lead 3: Ranges from $18.00 - $21.50/hr base pay based on moving experience and leadership capabilities.
  • The Driver Premium: Want an instant $2.50/hr pay bump? Meet our driver eligibility criteria down the road, step behind the wheel, and your base pay jumps to $19.50-$24.00/hr!

What We Need From You:
  • Availability: Full-time roles require open availability (Monday-Sunday).

  • Screenings: Must be able to pass a background check in accordance with Oregon Administrative Rules (OAR) codes.
  • Reliability: Shifts start at 7:30 AM sharp. We need dependable team players who show up ready to work.

  • Working alongside your crew to wrap, protect, load, and unload customer belongings like a pro.
  • Assisting with local residential and commercial moves across the Portland metro area.
  • Providing great customer service on-site to earn those review bonuses and tips.
