Employers value diverse experiences and backgrounds in tech teams.

How do you get a coding job with no experience?

Familiarity with version control systems like Git, basic database management, and software development tools is typically expected. Attention to detail, eagerness to learn, and effective communication are essential soft skills that set candidates apart.
