Job description

Own the shop. Build precision parts. Lead by example.
Phoenix Corporation is hiring an experienced Machinist/Shop Foreman to take
ownership of our shop operations while remaining hands-on with machining and
fabrication work.
What Youโ€™ll Do:
Operate conventional CNC mills and lathes (HURCO / FRYER) Machine,
fabricate, weld, and build assemblies
Run day-to-day shop operations
Pack trailers, prep field equipment, manage inventory
Support field work (25% travel nationwide)
What Weโ€™re Looking For:
Proven machinist experience (not entry-level)
Strong conventional machining skills
Fabrication & welding experience
Prior shop lead/foreman or senior machinist background
Ability to work independently and take ownership
Bilingual an added plus
