Our client is looking to hire a CNC Machine Operator for their Facility in Cuyahoga Falls Ohio! Our client is a leader in composite and metallic part manufacturing within multiple industries!
The machine Operator will be responsible for for operating the identified machine(s) with maximum efficiency.
Qualified Candidate would need at least 3 years of CNC Machine Operation experience and experience with CAD or CAM Programming.
Job Responsibilities:
- Review the machine line up (schedule) on a daily basis.
- Retrieve data and create programs, as required, to maximize machine utilization.
- Operate the machine(s) to achieve maximum throughput and utilization. Inform management of anticipated and actual completion times.
- Inform management of anticipated conflicts for future operations.
- Ensure parts machined match current data and meet tolerance requirements.
- Participate in activity to improve throughput or utilization.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area.
Job Qualifications:
- Experience: 1 year as a CNC Machine Operator
- CAD or CAM Programming Experience
- Metal machining/Horizontal/vertical milling machines, Multi Axis.
- Attention to Detail is a MUST
- Self-motivated to get projects started on your own.
- Enjoys working in a team environment, possesses strong interpersonal skills
- Enjoys learning and applying new technology.
