Location: Port Clinton, OH

Job Overview

We are hiring a CNC Machine Operator to join our growing manufacturing team in Port Clinton, OH. This position is ideal for candidates with CNC machining experience or individuals with machining training who are looking to build a long-term career. You'll operate CNC equipment to manufacture precision metal components while ensuring quality, safety, and production standards are met.

Responsibilities
  • Operate CNC mills, CNC lathes, drills, presses, tapping machines, and other machining equipment
  • Load raw materials and verify tooling before production
  • Read and interpret blueprints, work orders, and engineering drawings
  • Inspect finished parts using calipers, micrometers, gauges, and other precision measuring equipment
  • Perform basic machine offsets and minor adjustments
  • Monitor machine performance and identify quality or equipment issues
  • Complete production and inspection documentation
  • Perform routine machine cleaning and preventative maintenance
  • Follow all safety procedures and quality standards
  • Keep your work area clean and organized
Qualifications
  • High school diploma or GED
  • 1+ year of CNC machine operation or machining experience preferred
