• Conduct thorough mental health assessments to identify clients’ needs accurately, formulating clinical diagnoses based on established criteria.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans that incorporate evidence-based therapeutic modalities, tailored to meet the unique goals of each client.
• Provide therapy to individuals, couples, families, and groups, adapting approaches such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) to foster improvement in mental health.
• Offer timely crisis intervention services for clients experiencing acute crises, ensuring stabilization and immediate support when necessary.
• Maintain meticulous and confidential client records in compliance with HIPAA regulations and ethical standards, documenting assessment outcomes, treatment plans, and progress notes.
• Engage in collaborative practices with interdisciplinary teams, including psychiatrists and social workers, to ensure holistic care and addressing all aspects of clients' well-being.
• Educate clients and their families about mental health topics, treatment options, and local resources, while advocating for their rights within the mental health system.
• Participate in professional development through workshops and continued education, ensuring practices are rooted in contemporary methodologies in mental health therapy.

Your clients will include a diverse range of individuals and families seeking support for various mental health issues, such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and behavioral health challenges. By recognizing and addressing their unique backgrounds and experiences, you will create therapeutic partnerships that empower clients toward healing and personal growth.

• A current license as a Mental Health Therapist (LMFT, LPCC, or LCSW) is required.
• A Bachelor’s degree in psychology, social work, counseling, or a related field is necessary; a Master’s or Doctoral degree is preferred.
• Strong clinical assessment and diagnostic skills to effectively address and treat mental health concerns.
• A minimum of two years of relevant experience in a counseling or therapy role, demonstrating your hands-on expertise and capability.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to connect with clients and colleagues, fostering trusting therapeutic relationships.
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team-oriented setting.
• Commitment to uphold the highest ethical and professional standards in all clinical activities.

• Previous experience in a clinical outpatient setting is advantageous, although entry-level candidates may still be considered based on their qualifications and enthusiasm for the field.
