Job description

Leland is building the home for ambition in the age of AI. We connect people with the experts, programs, and communities they need to land the job, get into the school, or upskill for a world being rewritten by AI. We help businesses become AI-native through training, hiring, and infrastructure. Since our founding in 2021, we've helped tens of thousands of people reach their most ambitious goals and raised $19M from world-class investors. Ambition is sacred to us, and we've built a product that takes that seriously.
We're seeking an experienced Climate Tech & Sustainability Coach to work with clients looking to break into or grow within climate and sustainability roles. This role includes teaching core climate consulting skills, corporate sustainability, and sustainable supply chain & operations, as well as helping clients navigate climate policy & regulations and funding & grants for climate-focused work. Coaches also support clients on the career side, offering resume review, LinkedIn review, and cover letter guidance, along with behavioral and technical interview prep tailored to climate tech and sustainability roles. Additional support includes networking strategy and salary negotiation. Ideal candidates have hands-on experience in climate tech, sustainability, or climate policy (as a consultant, sustainability lead, or industry professional), a strong understanding of the climate and sustainability landscape, and a clear, structured approach to coaching clients through both technical and career growth. Coaches set their own hours and rates, host sessions virtually, and partner with our team to deliver a high-quality, supportive experience for every client.

Leland is an equal opportunity employer. We encourage candidates of all backgrounds and demographics to apply.
