Job description

Class Valuation, a leading tech-enabled and industry leading appraisal management company (AMC) since 2009, is seeking an Account Executive I. This is a hybrid or remote opportunity based on location.

PURPOSE OF JOB:
The Account Executive I is an entry-level role within the Client Services department. This position is responsible for supporting assigned lender accounts by managing day-to-day tasks, responding to client inquiries, and ensuring appraisal orders are processed accurately and on time. This role serves as the primary point of contact for smaller accounts while developing expertise in systems, processes, and client management.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Essential Tasks:
• Act as the primary liaison for assigned client accounts, handling routine questions, requests, and concerns.
• Monitor and manage the appraisal order pipeline to ensure deadlines and quality standards are met.
• Communicate proactively with clients regarding order status updates.
• Escalate complex issues to senior team members or management as appropriate.
• Ensure orders follow client-specific guidelines and compliance requirements.
• Collaborate with internal teams including customer service, vendor management, compliance, and quality control.
• Document client interactions and feedback in company systems.
• Learn appraisal management platforms and systems with guidance and training.
• Perform other duties as assigned by management
Qualifications & Skills:
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience preferred.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
• Basic knowledge of appraisal workflows or mortgage industry is a plus.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite; ability to learn appraisal management platforms.
• Regular attendance is required.
SCHEDULE:
11:00 a.m. - 8:00 p.m. EST (Candidates in EST, CST, MST, PST will be considered).
