Job description

The Custodial/Maintenance role involves ensuring a clean, safe, and well-maintained facility environment by performing a variety of cleaning and repair tasks. Working primarily under the guidance of the Lead Custodian, this position requires physical stamina and strong problem-solving skills to manage daily facility upkeep both indoors and outdoors during day shifts. Occasional local travel may be required to support multiple locations.

Responsibilities

  • Perform routine cleaning and sanitation of indoor and outdoor areas
  • Conduct general repairs and maintenance tasks to uphold facility standards
  • Manage waste disposal efficiently and in accordance with regulations
  • Maintain facility grounds and equipment to ensure safety and functionality
  • Coordinate with the Lead Custodian and other team members for task prioritization
  • Adhere to scheduled work hours, primarily day shifts, with occasional local travel as needed

Required Qualifications

  • ACT 153 Clearances
  • Experience in building maintenance and cleaning techniques
