Brace Your Mind Mental Health Clinic is seeking a dedicated and licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) to provide exemplary therapeutic services to our clients in a full-time, remote capacity. • Provide high-quality therapy to individuals, couples, and families, focusing on a variety of mental health issues such as anxiety, depression, relationship challenges, and stress management.
• Utilize comprehensive assessment techniques to evaluate client needs and develop effective treatment plans tailored to each individual's circumstances.
• Collaborate closely with multidisciplinary teams, including psychiatrists, social workers, and nurses, to ensure comprehensive support and effective outcomes for clients.
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation in compliance with state regulations and internal policies, ensuring confidentiality and security of client information.
• Engage in ongoing professional development by participating in training sessions, workshops, and supervision meetings to stay updated on best practices in therapy and mental health care.

You will be working with a diverse client population, including individuals, couples, and families grappling with various mental health concerns. Your role is crucial in fostering a supportive therapeutic alliance that allows clients to explore their issues and work towards healing. You will guide clients through various life stages and challenges, promoting empowerment and resilience.

• A valid Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a related field.
• Current and active LMFT license in California.
• Proven clinical skills, particularly in conducting assessments and implementing diagnosed treatment plans.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities necessary for building rapport with clients and collaborating with other professionals.

• A minimum of 2 years of direct clinical experience in providing therapeutic services within an outpatient or similar mental health setting.
• Experience working with a diverse range of clients, particularly those facing relationship and family dynamics.
• Familiarity with various therapeutic modalities, including but not limited to cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), and family systems therapy.

The Compensation package for this role ranges from $110,000 to $130,000 annually, reflective of your experience and qualifications.
